By using PawRakshak you agree to these terms. PawRakshak is a community platform that connects citizens, volunteers, and vets to help animals. We are not an emergency service.
Your account
- You must be 13 years or older to register.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information.
Acceptable use
- Do not file false rescue reports.
- Do not harass volunteers, vets, or other users.
- Do not list animals for sale; PawRakshak supports adoption only.
- Do not upload anyone else's ID proof or contact details.
Accounts that violate these rules can be suspended without notice.
Volunteers
Volunteer applications are reviewed by PawRakshak admins. Approval is discretionary and can be revoked. Volunteers act on their own judgement and risk; PawRakshak is not liable for incidents during rescue activities.
Adoption
Adoption listings are posted by users. PawRakshak does not verify every listing. Verify the animal in person before adopting.
Liability
PawRakshak is provided "as is". We do not guarantee response times, availability of vets, or successful rescue of every animal. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
